feel good about who you are, then you will be confident

Be encouraged this is very common and you are certainly not on your own.
These disempowered thoughts effect just about every one on the planet, unless they have been fed a big fat diet of ENCOURAGEMENT and EMPOWERMENT from those around them, to will them on.
Whilst you hold on to these negative, limiting, confidence sapping thoughts about yourself, you are feeding your subconscious mind with negative energy and this will cause a BLOCK for any POSITIVE changes to take place.
